KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate the administrative setup of new accounts, manage client and custodian documentation, and produce client portfolio reports.
  • Support clients and the client planning team by collecting and organizing information, assisting in the preparation for client meetings, and tracking action items.
  • Oversee the firm's document management systems and other essential technological tools.
  • Work collaboratively on assignments with a focus on solutions and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assist with general office administrative duties, including scanning, account documentation, answering calls, and other tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, ideally within a professional services firm or the financial services sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • A detail-oriented individual capable of exercising initiative, sound judgment, and taking ownership of support tasks.
  • A collaborative team player who takes initiative.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dedicated to delivering outstanding client service; possesses a genuine desire to assist both new and existing clients.

POSITION TYPE

Full-time: standard office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; overtime may be necessary based on workload and projects.
