KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the administrative setup of new accounts, manage client and custodian documentation, and produce client portfolio reports.
- Support clients and the client planning team by collecting and organizing information, assisting in the preparation for client meetings, and tracking action items.
- Oversee the firm's document management systems and other essential technological tools.
- Work collaboratively on assignments with a focus on solutions and meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist with general office administrative duties, including scanning, account documentation, answering calls, and other tasks as required.
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, ideally within a professional services firm or the financial services sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- A detail-oriented individual capable of exercising initiative, sound judgment, and taking ownership of support tasks.
- A collaborative team player who takes initiative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Dedicated to delivering outstanding client service; possesses a genuine desire to assist both new and existing clients.

Full-time: standard office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; overtime may be necessary based on workload and projects.
