Office Administrator

Our client, a Boutique Financial Advisor based in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to join its growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to handle all day-to-day operations of the business with a focus on efficiency and time management.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5+ years of applicable office administrative support experience, ideally within financial services, and a Bachelor's degree is required.
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and anticipatory individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level oversight of day-to-day operations, meeting and greeting visitors, answering multiple phone lines, and maintaining the overall office appearance.
They will also be responsible for managing the corporate calendar, troubleshooting scheduling conflicts, developing organizational procedures and systems, and overseeing vendors.
Additionally, the Office Manager will be responsible for tracking expenses, creating expense reports, coordinating travel logistics, and managing accounts payable.
They will also be responsible for coordinating deliveries, handling incoming/outgoing mail and packages, ordering and distributing lunch, and troubleshooting IT/Office Equipment.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to work closely with the Head of Business Development, CFO, and COO, and assist with various ad-hoc requests and projects.
