Procurement Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Systems Administrator to join our Procurement Strategy and Systems team. This is a hybrid role, with three days in the office and two days remote.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the ongoing reliability, performance, management, and support of our Source-to-Pay procurement systems. You will work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to accomplish daily tasks and drive issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Provision roles and provide initial training/content for all new users on the Source-to-Pay platform.
- Responsible for S2P configuration, data maintenance/management, help desk support tickets, and ad-hoc support to the Procurement organization.
- Assist with Source-to-Pay system upgrades and implementations, including UAT and user training.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor Procurement and system performance.
- Configure monthly and quarterly dashboards and reports for various departments.
- Build and support ongoing automation initiatives to guide decisions and actions that support Procurement strategy.
- Monitor and regularly report on usage of Source-to-Pay tools and implement plans for improving tool usage/value.
- Conduct regularly scheduled maintenance of the Source-to-Pay platform and requisite data elements.
- Liaise with the Procurement team, Risk Groups, Legal, and business stakeholders to assess additions, removals, and changes of business objects (suppliers, users, items, accounts, etc.).
- Assess implications of new software releases, configure accordingly, and support change management.
- Deliver ad-hoc requests, special projects, reporting, and status inquiries.
- Document technologies, workflows, user stories, and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- Five years of relevant experience in Procurement, Finance, IT, or related functions, with responsibility as a system administrator with S2P technologies such as SAP/Ariba, Zycus, Coupa, iValua, GEP, etc. (iValua and GEP preferred).
- Three years of experience maintaining system data, configuration, and integrations for SaaS/On-prem solutions with regular upgrades.
- Familiarity with the procurement lifecycle, including supplier onboarding, sourcing, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), contracting, catalog management, and the PR/PO process.
- Strong project management, business systems analysis, and reporting skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers to accomplish daily tasks and drive issue resolution.
- Technical configuration skills with basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL language.
- Familiarity with managing integrated source-to-pay platforms.
- Familiarity with SSO (Single Sign-On) multi-factor authentication tools.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and JIRA for tracking and completing system requests.
- Familiarity with Confluence for policy and procedure publication.
