Chief Commercial Officer

We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Growth to join our team at Assembly Health. This individual will be responsible for driving the overall commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Set clear revenue targets and oversee the creation of effective go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new sales channels, optimizing existing partnerships, and entering new markets.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators related to revenue generation and profitability.
  • Oversee marketing efforts and take a data-driven approach to assess campaign effectiveness and modify strategies as needed.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders across various revenue-generating partners.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing a profitable business within a high-growth private equity environment, with 10+ years of experience in strategic sales leadership roles within the B2B healthcare industry. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
