Director of Revenue Planning and Growth

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Director of Revenue Planning and Growth to oversee our retail operations and drive growth. In this role, you will set and manage budgets at both the dispensary and state levels while developing and implementing innovative retail strategies related to promotions, pricing, and product assortment. A key aspect of this position includes managing all inventory, ensuring optimal cost, product mix, and identifying expiring items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reviews with senior leadership teams
  • Facilitate forecasting demand plans
  • Track product/SKU performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, compliance, operations, and third-party MSO teams

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in retail planning, including inventory management, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Strong expertise in Excel and Tableau, with a solid understanding of retail industry trends and best practices
  • Proven ability to develop and implement innovative retail strategies, driving revenue, margin, and customer engagement
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
