Director of Revenue Planning

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Director of Revenue Planning to oversee our retail operations and drive growth. In this role, you will set and manage budgets at both the dispensary and state levels while developing and implementing innovative retail strategies related to promotions, pricing, and product assortment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct weekly and monthly reviews with senior leadership teams
  • Facilitate forecasting demand plans
  • Track product/SKU performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, compliance, operations, and third-party MSO teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in retail planning
  • Strong expertise in Excel and Tableau
  • Proven ability to develop and implement innovative retail strategies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
