**About the Role**

At Aramark, we're seeking an exceptional Executive Director of Operations and Growth to lead our team in delivering top-notch contracted services to multiple sites. This is a dynamic role that requires a strategic thinker with a passion for excellence, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

As an Executive Director of Operations and Growth, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and guiding services that generate $2-15M+ in revenue. Your focus will be on meeting operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs. You will work closely with General Managers to provide operational expertise and hands-on execution management of operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Lead a team that provides operational expertise and hands-on execution management of operations.

• Manage client and community relationships, assessing operations, and developing plans to provide optimal service and drive employee and customer satisfaction.

• Build, develop, and lead a management team and staff capable of carrying out organizational objectives.

• Recommend methods, resources, and implementation for service improvement and growth based on understanding of operational needs, capabilities, & contractual obligations.

• Partner with Finance to manage a budget and design improvements to optimize financial performance and operational productivity.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes, maintaining all associated records and reports.

• Maintain Aramark's standards of operation, including safety standards and the Business Conduct Policy.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.

• Excellent client and customer service skills, with a focus on entrepreneurship and business growth.

• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.

• Ability to read, understand, and implement contractual requirements, identifying opportunities to address operational issues.

• Meaningful experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment.

• Proven ability to lead through other managers.

• Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls, and analysis.

• Experience in crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives.

• Experience working in skilled nursing/independent living facilities.
