About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive, SMB to join our team and solve tangible client obstacles by redefining their definition of what's possible through the implementation of Dialpad Talk, Contact Center, and/or Sell. As a key member of our SMB Sales team, you will combine acquiring new customers and uncovering market opportunities to get the market talking about Dialpad.

In this role, you will own the complete sales process from start to finish, working closely with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to take a small business prospect to an active Dialpad client. You will help businesses solve complex, communications problems felt by everyone around the world.

Responsibilities
  • Own the entire sales process, inclusive of working leads and generating pipeline
  • Build talk tracks to align with specific client use cases
  • Have weekly 1:1's with your Manager comprised of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment
  • Experience in Salesforce, Outreach, Clari & Highspot
  • Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales
