We are currently in search of a skilled and knowledgeable Human Resources Manager to enhance our Human Resources Department. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in advocating for employees and serving as a liaison with management. Your duties will encompass managing the hiring process, recruitment, onboarding, training, compensation, and various employee services. Additionally, you will provide guidance to hospital leadership on matters related to employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations and lead the HR team
- Advise hospital management on employee relations issues
- Monitor employee incidents and maintain communication with Corporate Loss Control
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is essential, along with at least three years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, resourceful, and committed to providing outstanding HR services.
