Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Arrival Expert to join our team at The Westin Washington DC Downtown. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete reports and share highlights of the local area with guests.
  • Empower guests to regain control and enhance their well-being during their stay.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Uphold quality standards and ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.04 to $20.05, as well as health care benefits, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits.
