Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Revenue Growth
  • Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

Team Development and Leadership

Operational Excellence
  • Ensure seamless execution of operational processes, including inventory management, logistics, and customer service.

Requirements
  1. Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Multi-unit leader in the Retail space.
  2. Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Store Manager.
  3. Proven leadership skills in managing and motivating store managers and staff.
  4. Ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
  5. An understanding of sales and marketing principles to drive strategic profitability.
  6. Analytical mindset to assess store performance metrics and develop strategic plans for improvement.
  7. 75% travel required to visit stores within district regularly.
