Job Title: Account Executive - Nutrition & Body Care

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans for our brands at the headquarter level, maintaining consistent communication with retailers, and being responsive to real-time needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retail Account Development: Develop, execute, and evaluate business plans for our brands at the headquarter level, maintain consistent communication with retailers, and be responsive to real-time needs.
  • Brand Development: Collaborate with our National Brand Management team and brand partners to develop and implement new product placement opportunities, launches, and promotional strategies with ROI.
  • Data Analytics: Utilize data tools such as SPINS, Nielsen, Power BI, store-level void reports, and distributor data to drive sales and meet manufacturer expectations.
  • Communication: Build long-term and productive relationships with existing and new customers/clients, and communicate effectively with multiple departments within Presence.
  • Tradeshows and Events: Attend national meetings, trade shows, and trade/association conventions, social events with manufacturers/accounts, and industry partners.
Requirements:
  • Previous Retailer HQ sales experience, including experience in developing and negotiating sales strategies, budgets, and achieving sales goals.
  • Previous experience and/or relationships at the specific key accounts that will be called on is preferred.
  • Well-versed in presentation skills and written communications.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable person, able to problem-solve successfully with a wide variety of people and challenges.
  • Proficient computer (Microsoft applications) and analytic skills.
  • Proven proficiency in data analysis using 3rd party analytical platforms such as: SPINS, Nielsen, and IRI to develop data-driven stories that drive category-centric decision making.
  • Clean driving record, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current insurance is required.
