Sales Account Executive

The Sales Account Executive will play a crucial role in fostering and sustaining effective communication with clients, external sales representatives, and AdvancedPCB Production Teams concerning all facets of the client's interaction with the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate quotations for printed circuit boards based on provided specifications or drawings.
- Conduct daily follow-ups on quotations.
- Accurately process and monitor orders.
- Analyze and produce reports.
- Troubleshoot manufacturability challenges.
- Coordinate with production to ensure timely delivery.
- Engage with the Quality Team regarding client issues.
- Work alongside engineering for product launches.
- Independently acquire new clients or collaborate with external sales.
- Efficiently manage customer inquiries.
- Maintain a tidy and safe workspace.
- Accurately complete internal documentation.
- Collaborate with clients to ascertain their requirements.
- Comprehension of customer and industry standards.
- Capability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure settings.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in computer applications.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of five years' experience in inside sales, ideally within the PCB sector.
- Extended periods of sitting and engaging in computer tasks.
- Occasional ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
