Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and direct complex engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
2. Leverage Oracle Fusion for enterprise resource planning, project portfolio management, and supply chain oversight.
3. Create detailed project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage all phases of the project lifecycle.
4. Apply Agile methodologies to facilitate efficient project execution.
5. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting a culture of trust and collaboration.
6. Identify and manage risks and issues, develop contingency strategies, and ensure effective communication at all project levels.
7. Monitor project performance using relevant systems, tools, and techniques to make necessary adjustments and achieve objectives.
8. Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is a plus.
2. At least 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the engineering field, particularly with Oracle Fusion.
3. Certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile methodologies are preferred.
4. Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at various levels.
5. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of managing complex projects and delivering results.
7. Proficient in project management software tools, techniques, and methodologies.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Ability to perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
10. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
