About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management Lead to join our Business Systems team at Energy Transfer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a variety of SAP projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the project from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Maintain regular cadence with leadership and report out on project status, providing clear and concise updates.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors and contractors during the course of the project, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Define KPIs for the project and strive to achieve them, driving project success and efficiency.
  • Define project charter and work with the team on achieving key milestones, ensuring project goals are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • 3-15+ years of project management experience with various tools and methodology, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience leading successful projects.
  • Experience with project charter, resource management, project management plan, status reports, project timesheets, communications plan, budget, and schedule.
  • Oil & Gas knowledge preferred.
  • MS Project or any PM tool.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
  • Goal-oriented with strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills, resource management, risk management, and stakeholder management.
  • Expertise in business processes, governance, project methodology with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Expertise in creating/maintaining project plans throughout its life cycle.
Working Conditions

Usual office working conditions, with occasional overnight travel required.
