Job Overview
As a New Account Specialist, you will engage in learning Surya's buyer-seller process and coach accounts on our Key Value Propositions.
You will work closely with accounts to gain insight into their goals and pain-points, providing solutions using Surya products, tools, and resources to close on first orders.
Maintain account and sales activity data in Salesforce, resolve account issues, and manage/escalate concerns as appropriate.
Attend and actively engage in meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and scheduled markets/tradeshows.
Assist with the creation and publication of sales tools and market planning, including new product preparation, catalog, and hang-tag proofing.
Responsibilities
