Job Title

Territory Manager

Job Summary

The Territory Manager will drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. They will develop and implement sales strategies, collaborating with other members of the sales team, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in a defined geographic territory.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.

  4. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and identify potential new opportunities.
  7. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  8. Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and identify new leads.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and industry partners.
  10. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in CTE education.
  11. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
  12. Travel frequently within the defined territory to meet with clients and prospects.

  10. Ability and willingness to travel frequently within the defined territory.
  11. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
