Hybrid Work Opportunity: This position is eligible for a flexible work arrangement that combines remote and in-office responsibilities.

As the HR Engagement Communications Manager, you will be pivotal in fostering a strong connection among our team members through essential cultural and HR initiatives.

Your role will involve crafting and disseminating information regarding our employee benefits, organizational practices, and our unwavering commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, thereby enhancing understanding and encouraging participation.

Additionally, you will oversee programs designed to build a positive workplace culture, promoting camaraderie and pride among our workforce.

Reporting directly to the Director of HR Communications, you will leverage your exceptional communication abilities to creatively share human interest narratives and vital HR information through various mediums, including written content, visuals, videos, and events.

Your meticulous attention to detail will be essential in coordinating comprehensive communication and engagement strategies for a global organization with substantial operations.

Creative Thinker: You will consistently approach challenges from innovative angles, exploring new ideas and methodologies. Collaboration and brainstorming with colleagues on fresh projects will be a key aspect of your role.

Adaptable Professional: You will excel in a dynamic environment, demonstrating the ability to pivot quickly as priorities and deadlines evolve.

Results-Oriented: You will be dedicated to delivering high-quality outcomes consistently and punctually.

Your responsibilities will include managing the design and content of various HR communication channels, such as internal websites, newsletters, email campaigns, and both virtual and in-person events.

You will also project manage communication initiatives, developing project plans, schedules, task lists, status updates, and deliverables.

Writing, designing, and delivering communications on a range of employment-related topics will be part of your duties.

You will identify, research, and create compelling narratives that authentically represent our employment brand and reinforce our corporate culture, seeking opportunities to amplify these stories across digital and print platforms.

Managing external vendors for print, design, and translation services will also fall under your purview.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in communicating HR-related topics, including culture, engagement, benefits, employee relations, or talent acquisition.
  • 1+ years of experience in corporate event planning.
  • Expertise in copywriting and business writing, with strong editing and proofreading skills.
  • Advanced graphic design capabilities, with the ability to create visually appealing assets for both digital and print communications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of creating project timelines and managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, English, or a related field.
