Medical Unit Support Staff

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Medical Unit Support Staff member to join our team at Rutland Regional Medical Center.
In this role, you will provide supportive care to patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. You will also perform administrative tasks, such as updating patient records and preparing reports.
A high school graduate or equivalent is required, with previous experience in a hospital or nursing home setting preferred. The successful candidate will possess basic computer skills, moderate knowledge of medical terminology, and excellent communication skills.
The estimated salary range for this position is $19.29 - $28.50 per hour. Our comprehensive benefits package includes BLS Certification through American Heart Association and unit-specific certifications as required.
