Cluster Sales Manager Job Description
Midas Hospitality is seeking a skilled Cluster Sales Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of hotel sales department operations and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the ongoing maintenance of LNR & National Corporate accounts and group blocks
- Develop and implement quarterly action plans to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with the sales department to execute marketing strategies and programs
- Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct competitive research to secure new group and local accounts
- Negotiate rates and respond to leads
- Manage the RFP process and create compelling business cases for preferred accounts
- Ensure exceptional communication and sales skills to solicit new business and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- At least one year of sales experience in a hotel
- Experience in budgeting and business planning
- Willingness to complete outside sales calls and cold-calling
