Cluster Sales Manager Role

About the Job

Midas Hospitality is seeking a skilled Cluster Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, maintaining existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive prospecting to identify and contact demand generators in the market.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and manage the RFP process.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's KAD to procure more room nights.
  • Account maintenance and book room blocks and meeting space.
  • Ensure the on-site team is trained to support the hotel's sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and sales skills.
  • At least one year of sales experience in a hotel.
  • Experience in budgeting and business planning.
  • Willingness to complete outside sales calls and cold-calling.
