Sales Manager

Rinnai America Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of inside sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales associates to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of revenue growth and sales leadership
- 2-4 years of management experience, with a focus on sales and customer success
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Strong understanding of sales processes, sales strategies, and customer relationship management
