Role OverviewThe Partner Sales Manager (PSM) is an integral part of our sales team, tasked with generating new business opportunities and strengthening our strategic alliance with AWS. This position calls for a proactive individual skilled in cultivating and sustaining relationships, both internally within USAN and externally with AWS and its partner network, ultimately facilitating our customers' journey towards exceptional customer experiences.
Experience RequiredCandidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in sales management, partner management, or business development, particularly within the technology or cloud computing sectors. Direct experience with AWS's partner and channel management processes is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Relationship Management: The PSM will cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with AWS partner teams and sellers through regular communication, joint planning sessions, and strategic alignment meetings to achieve shared business objectives.
- Travel Requirements: This role necessitates approximately 40% travel to engage directly with AWS teams, attend industry events, and conduct in-person meetings with potential clients, essential for fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
- Collaboration with Sales Teams: The PSM will collaborate closely with USAN's internal sales teams to plan and execute targeted activities aimed at accelerating lead generation and nurturing opportunities.
- Drive New Opportunities: The PSM will identify and pursue new business prospects in conjunction with AWS, leveraging AWS's market position and technological advancements to enhance USAN's CCaaS offerings.
- Maintain and Elevate AWS Partnership: The PSM will ensure that USAN's partnership with AWS is not only sustained but also enhanced, managing partner status and certifications to ensure recognition as a top-tier partner.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in sales or partner management, preferably within the technology or SaaS sectors.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing and/or the CCaaS industry.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, including direct customer engagement.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and organizations.
