About the Role

At Liberty Mutual Insurance, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable premium growth in your assigned territory, building strong relationships with agents and brokers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of small commercial accounts, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and brokers, providing them with exceptional service and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve financial and operational goals, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriting, claims, and risk management, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including liability, property, and workers' compensation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, agents, and brokers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
