Human Resources Generalist Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing support in daily HR/administrative tasks, reporting to the firm's Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support in daily HR/administrative tasks, including maintaining human resources files and documentation, processing payroll on a bi-weekly basis, and assisting with bi-weekly 401(k) withdrawals.
  • Nominate the firm and individual attorneys for awards in various publications and websites.
  • Assist with the interview process, including interviewer selection and preparation of interview materials.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding both internal and external employees.
  • Ensure smooth daily administrative office operations.
  • Assist in researching, planning, and managing all firm events, both on and off site.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and enhance cross-departmental communication.
About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, bonuses, firm-paid benefits, 401(k) with a 3% match, and PTO. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist, preferably in a business services setting.
