Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders and teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Generalist Support
    • Provide HR generalist support to business leaders and teams, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention, including employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Training and Development
    • Design and deliver training programs to support the development of our employees, including leadership development and technical skills training.
  • Employee Relations
    • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances, complaints, and performance management.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment laws, and health and safety regulations.
  • HR Systems and Processes
    • Develop and implement HR systems and processes to support the efficient delivery of HR services, including HRIS, recruitment systems, and performance management systems.

Requirements:

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, employment laws, and health and safety regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
