Position Title: Office Assistant

Role Overview:
As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position does not require prior work experience, education, or specialized training.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate essential office equipment including fax machines, computers, printers, photocopiers, and voicemail systems.
2. Manage communication by taking notes, answering, and transferring calls efficiently.
3. Handle incoming orders, respond to inquiries, and provide necessary clarifications while addressing any issues that arise.
4. Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
5. Keep mailing, accounting, tracking, and filing systems up to date and organized.
6. Ensure records of transactions and office activities are accurately copied, sorted, and filed.

Compensation: $38,000 per year.
