Position: Office Assistant

Role Overview:
The Office Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of daily operations within the organization. This position requires no prior work experience, education, or specialized training.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate essential office equipment including fax machines, computers, printers, photocopiers, and voicemail systems.
2. Manage communication by taking notes, answering, and transferring calls effectively.
