Job Overview

Button Finance is in search of a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in sales, outstanding communication abilities, and a strong attention to detail. In this position, high achievers will have the potential to advance to a senior mortgage loan originator role.

This position requires on-site attendance. Previous mortgage experience is not a prerequisite.

Compensation:

$49,000 - $60,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that every customer concern is handled with care and accuracy to achieve complete satisfaction.
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries regarding products, services, and general information.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales lead to remain informed about service offerings and product details.
  • Utilize scripts for managing complex customer issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on their experiences with our organization.
  • Generate leads for the sales team.
  • Prepare for the NMLS Test.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls regularly.
Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of customer interaction and engagement.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent is required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills are essential.
