Job OverviewAt Courser, Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at our corporate office in Tucson. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining customer relationships and helping us deliver exceptional IT support services to businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls and create service tickets from various communication channels
  • Coordinate and schedule onsite, remote, and project tickets to ensure timely execution and delivery of services
  • Manage and monitor multiple service calendars to meet client needs
  • Review completed tickets for accuracy prior to closing and billing
  • Track team member ticket queues and assist in rescheduling
  • Address client concerns in a professional manner
  • Provide timely reports and information to leadership
  • Perform other duties as assigned
