Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Security Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for our comprehensive range of security solutions.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth, you will work closely with management to create strategies that meet client needs. Your excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with your ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, will enable you to drive business success and exceed quarterly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients from initial contact to contract execution.
  • Account Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring follow-on opportunities.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed quarterly sales goals, including product, service, and maintenance contract sales.
  • Consultative Selling: Present customized solutions through product demonstrations, proposals, and bids tailored to client requirements.
  • Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings in security and low-voltage systems.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (plus commission), based on experience and performance.
