Security Sales Executive

Gotcha Security is a leading provider of commercial surveillance solutions, specializing in CCTV design and installation. We have expanded our services to include intrusion, fire alarm, access control, and gate entry systems. Our team has helped numerous businesses across Georgia, with a focus on multi-family communities, homeowners' associations, hotels, warehouses, and commercial buildings.
Salary and Benefits
We are offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000, depending on experience, plus commission opportunities. Additionally, you can expect recurring monthly revenue potential, a company credit card for business-related expenses, two weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, health benefits (coming 2024), and a hybrid work arrangement with remote and in-office options.
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and self-starting individual to join our sales team as a Business Development Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify new business opportunities, increase sales, and develop relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Uncover new business prospects through targeted account lists and self-generated leads.
- Develop relationships via networking and demonstrate expertise in our products and offerings.
- Conduct site visits, sales presentations, and attend industry-related trade shows and events.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in a direct selling role.
- 5+ years of experience selling CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, and Fire protection systems to business clients (preferred).
- 1-3 years of construction industry experience.
- A strong interpersonal skillset with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships.
- Experience negotiating contracts, working through conflicts, and facilitating challenging conversations.
- A demonstrated ability to coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
- The ability to meet or exceed sales forecasts and monthly projections.
What We Require
You must live in Georgia or be willing to relocate. You should have a history of developing relationships with General Contractors and Engineers. Additionally, you should possess a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and have the ability to react quickly to changing conditions.
