The primary responsibility involves direct sales of products, including physician-dispensed skincare and skin resurfacing systems, alongside executing promotional programs and events aimed at patients.

This is achieved by effectively utilizing and managing essential resources while collaborating with high-performing sales teams to maximize outreach to key customers.

The SAE offers technical expertise regarding products and procedures, ensuring competitive differentiation. Achieving assigned sales targets is accomplished through innovative, consultative selling techniques and the execution of the U.S. Sales and Marketing strategy. The SAE leverages Allergan Medical's resources to foster the adoption of the SkinMedica portfolio, which encompasses:

  1. Non-surgical, non-invasive skin resurfacing technologies
  2. Topical skincare products designed for use with resurfacing devices
  3. The comprehensive SkinMedica product line

Collaboration with departments such as Facial Aesthetics, Plastic Surgery, Coolsculpting, and Marketing is essential, as is adherence to compliance policies and timely reporting. The SAE is responsible for effectively managing field resources, including expense oversight and the allocation of technological tools.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance:
Consistently meets or exceeds sales objectives for skincare products, consumables, and equipment.

Demonstrates proficiency in executing marketing strategies, including device placements and promotional initiatives for products across the portfolio. Develops comprehensive call plans and adapts to various initiatives as needed.



Customer Development and Account Management:

Exhibits exceptional selling abilities, including demonstrating Dermalinfusion Treatments, educating clients on proper techniques, and employing a consultative sales approach tailored to the customer's business needs. Pre-call planning, needs assessment, objection handling, and effective presentation delivery are key components of this role.

Builds strong, loyal relationships through high levels of customer engagement, managing time effectively with both new and existing clients to inform them about current and new offerings. Works collaboratively with clients to identify business development opportunities, assess product needs, and support promotional events.



Efficient Territory Management:
Oversees the execution of initiatives across the product range, balancing device sales to drive skincare and consumable business growth.

Demonstrates the ability to analyze territory metrics to create and implement effective business plans. Proficient in using sales reporting tools and managing workload efficiently while optimizing corporate resources and budget allocations.

Provides product samples as necessary to support sales efforts.



Product and Market Expertise:
Educates clients on the features and benefits of devices and products through individual and group presentations.
