Key Responsibilities:
Plan for Success
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales calls, presentations, and relationship-building.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Cengage's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Work closely with account partners to implement sales strategies and ensure complete coverage of all Cengage solutions for an account.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Use data and analytics to inform sales strategies and optimize business performance.
- Continuously update and maintain customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Effectively manage travel, business, and sampling budgets to achieve sales goals.
- Communicate clearly and timely with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
