Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Service. As a key member of our client services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our caregivers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination: Forward all AI receptionist communication to the right personnel, ensuring timely and effective communication with our clients and caregivers.
  • Client Support: Assist with recruiting caregiver calls and prospective client calls, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our clients.
  • Logistics and Reporting: Maintain prospective client logs and reports, as well as assist with missed clock in/out reports and follow-ups.
  • Team Support: Assist the Director of Client Relations with reports and provide backup support to the Gimbert/Carmen (owners) with duties as needed.
  • Onboarding and Training: Assist the HR manager with onboarding processing of new Caregiver Candidates, ensuring a seamless transition into our team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If CHHA certified, you will also provide backup support whenever possible.
