POSITION OVERVIEW

The Housekeeping Room Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest accommodations. This position is integral to our commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Thoroughly cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms and bathrooms.
  • Changing linens, making beds, organizing items, and ensuring all areas are tidy.
  • Providing courteous service to guests and addressing their requests or preferences.
  • Completing assigned cleaning tasks efficiently as directed by the Housekeeping leadership.
  • Performing additional responsibilities as needed based on operational requirements.
  • Upholding a positive image of the property through friendly interactions with guests.
  • Ensuring the security and confidentiality of all guest accommodations.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar cleaning role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The Housekeeping Room Attendant must be able to stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting. Regular lifting of up to 25 pounds is required, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

This role involves cleaning multiple rooms within a shift, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The compensation for the Room Attendant position is competitive and reflective of the skills and experience required.
