Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator - Mechanical Construction to join our team at Employnet, Inc. in Anaheim, CA. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients' projects by focusing on safety, productivity, quality assurance, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Oversee safety protocols for field personnel and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Productivity Enhancement: Monitor and enhance field labor productivity while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Financial Management: Manage project financials including budgeting, reporting, and cash flow.
  • Procurement Coordination: Coordinate material and equipment procurement to meet project requirements.
  • Change Order Management: Handle change orders and maintain strong relationships with clients and owners.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise project personnel and ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant construction experience, or a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or construction management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Access, PowerPoint), Bluebeam Revu, Vista-Viewpoint (Project Management & Accounting), and Quotesoft Estimating Software.
  • Attributes: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, capability to perform basic business math, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to interpret complex instructions and handle technical data efficiently.

  • Physical Demands: Must be able to handle physical demands related to project site conditions.
