Role Summary

The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for executing bid services by crafting and preparing precise cost assessments for clients within a designated area. This role involves conducting site evaluations, preparing bid documentation, and overseeing the entire process from start to finish. The coordinator will also assess and respond to client requests for proposals generated by the Sales and Service teams, ensuring that comprehensive and accurate proposals are delivered for the requested scope of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct bid services and generate accurate cost assessments.
  • Perform site visits to analyze the labor, materials, and subcontractor services necessary for the requested repairs or enhancements.
  • Draft clear and concise written estimates for proposed work to clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to improve customer satisfaction and increase bid acceptance rates.
  • Collaborate with vendors to secure competitive pricing for services.
  • Work closely with scheduling teams to ensure job approvals are organized effectively.
