About the Role

The Architecture & Facilities Engineering (A&FE) team at INSPYR Solutions is seeking a skilled Planner to support the development and sustainment of assets and projects across the organization.

Our department handles a variety of sustainment efforts and projects, including shops, attractions, hotels, entertainment venues, maintenance facilities, offices, and more.

Projects may range from preliminary research and full facility assessments to minor renovations or new facility constructions.

As a Planner, you will collaborate closely with our architectural and engineering disciplines, as well as multiple internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management & Planning: Provide strategic and detailed data management, planning, and scheduling to support the Architecture and Engineering teams for both planned and unplanned project work.
  • Collaboration: Work in collaboration with project partners to develop work standards and processes, including exploring and adapting new technologies to our workflows.
  • Scheduling: Publish comprehensive look-ahead schedules, ensuring labor availability in coordination with supported teams.
  • Coordination: Coordinate activities with organization partners, including Program and Project Management teams.
  • Strategic Planning: Support strategic planning for long-term resource management and provide comprehensive schedules for leadership review.
  • Database Management: Utilize relational databases for data management and planning purposes.
Requirements
  • Data Management: Experience with data management.
  • Scheduling Tools: Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Airtable, Primavera, or Microsoft Project.
  • Industry Experience: Experience within the construction industry.
  • Technical Writing: Experience with technical writing.
  • Drawing Interpretation: Proficiency in interpreting drawings.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to collaborate and gain buy-in from others.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Planning Experience: Experience in construction planning or facilities planning.
  • Alteryx Proficiency: Proficiency in Alteryx.
  • Microsoft Suite: Proficiency with Microsoft Application Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
