**Job Summary**

The Project Engineer will assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in estimating, planning, implementing, job costing, and coordinating projects. This role requires strong technical skills, including conceptual estimates, quantity takeoffs, bidding plan control, bid coverage, review of submittals, and shop drawings.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in estimating and planning projects, including conceptual estimates and quantity takeoffs.
  • Develop and maintain bidding plans, including bid coverage and review of submittals.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly status reports and payment applications.
  • Coordinate project closeout documents and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in the commercial construction industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality.
  • Highly competent in the use of computers (Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Procore Training a plus.
