Job Description

As an Administrative Coordinator at AMBER HALL LAW, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction. This includes creating and implementing data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity.

This is a performance-based position with an opportunity to receive bonuses. Our current salary range for this position is $35,500 - $40,500 yearly.

Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with our vendors and ensure effective communication.
  • Manage invoices and oversee our accounts payable process to guarantee seamless execution.
  • Organize and maintain a secure and easily accessible document management system.
  • Handle all mailing needs and provide organized documents for the team.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in computer programs to deliver a swift front-desk experience for customers.
  • Prior customer service experience in our industry is desirable.
  • Displays excellent interpersonal skills and written communication abilities.
  • Shows ability to quickly complete detailed work.
  • Holds a high school diploma or equivalent.
