- Coordinate transportation and taxi arrangements for Parexel visitors and volunteers.
- Assist with scheduling activities and coordinate the booking of meeting rooms and shared facilities.
- Coordinate catering for internal and external meetings as required by various departments.
- Monitor overall performance to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Submit and manage helpdesk requests.
- Maintain a professional and organized reception desk.
- Procure and manage office supplies and stationery.
- Parking space assignment and arrangements.
- Maintain a positive and results-oriented work environment, building partnerships and modeling teamwork.
- Follow visitor and guest protocol and procedures.
- Support the facility manager as requested.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience working in an administrative position.
- Prior experience working in a medical setting (hospital or office) is preferred.
- Education: minimum High School Diploma.
