Job Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team in King of Prussia, PA. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $22-$26, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office Suites, particularly Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and verify tenant and vendor certificates of insurance
  • Create and update rent invoices in Excel
  • Manage security access card programming
  • Assist the Property Manager with tenant move-in packets
  • Draft purchase orders, contracts, and other documents
  • Notify members of appointments, deliveries, and visitors
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites, especially Excel
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Background in real estate is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
