We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to provide general administrative assistance to the management team and assist on special projects at our Wheeling office.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide a wide range of administrative support, including calendar management, data entry, and document preparation. They will also be responsible for managing databases and spreadsheets, as well as providing backup support to the admin team and reception desk when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the management team, including answering phones, screening calls, and following up with employees and third parties on tasks assigned or inquiries.
  • Calendar Management: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the management team.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry and update databases and spreadsheets as required.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare documents, special reports, memoranda, compose letters and routine correspondence, and research information.
  • Filing: File accounting work papers in binders.
  • Other Duties: Perform miscellaneous personal assisting duties and provide backup support to the admin team and reception desk when needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Business school, Associate's degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of related experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft suite; excellent verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail; professional appearance and telephone manner; good command of English language, oral and written.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
