Selection Process

Job Class Purpose
This role is accountable for managing program and policy planning, development, implementation, and monitoring within a major agency program area.
Qualifications

Minimum Experience Requirements
A minimum of nine years of professional experience in social services program delivery, with at least one year in a managerial capacity.

- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in managing home and community-based services.
- Experience with data analytics and quality assurance in social services.
