Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage major contracts and programs within Home and Community Based Services, ensuring compliance and effective execution.
- Collaborate with leadership to set program goals, objectives, and policies that align with the Department's mission.
- Lead a diverse team, providing mentorship and support to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Establish and implement quality assurance protocols to enhance service delivery and achieve outstanding outcomes for clients.
- Utilize data analytics to assess program effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and develop strategies for enhanced service provision.

Selection Process

Job Class Purpose
