Job Title: Program Manager, Hartford Alternative in the Community

Community Partners in Action is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our Hartford Alternative in the Community program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management, staff supervision, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the direction and management of program activities and staff, ensuring fidelity to the program model.
  • Provide ongoing leadership and supervision for direct reports, including regular meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement resources and staff to support the program's cultural responsiveness and multi-lingual capacity.
  • Ensure program compliance with funder contractual agreements and CDCS oversight.
  • Conduct file reviews and maintain clear and open communication with referral sources and funders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and five years of management experience, with a minimum of three years supervising staff.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and knowledge of cognitive-behavioral approaches.
  • Demonstrates trauma-informed approaches and cultural responsiveness; models pro-social behavior.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual ability (Spanish/English) desired.
