We are seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Operations Coordinator to play a pivotal role in shaping our HR initiatives. As our organization continues to expand, your contributions will be vital in elevating our human resources practices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Aligning business objectives with people strategies, focusing on organizational health, workforce planning, and the integration of Joyous's culture.
  • Developing scalable HR policies and procedures to support our growth while ensuring compliance and alignment with our core values.
  • Designing and implementing cross-departmental processes.
  • Creating and managing a performance evaluation system that promotes continuous feedback and professional growth.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance workplace culture, including leadership training and employee development programs aimed at internal mobility and skill enhancement.
  • Establishing effective communication strategies to convey organizational plans and growth opportunities, fostering transparency and engagement.
  • Improving the workplace experience to reflect our philosophy of joy, incorporating the benefits of psychedelics to cultivate a positive and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally within a rapidly growing organization.
  • Proven experience in performance management, HR policy development, and HR best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of leadership development, employee engagement strategies, and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively share high-level plans and engage with employees.
  • A deep understanding of the philosophy of joy and an openness to the positive aspects of psychedelics.
  • HRBP certification or experience is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work across diverse cultures and regions.
