- Delivering administrative assistance in employee recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance assessment.
- Managing, verifying, and maintaining documentation related to personnel processes such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications.
- Reviewing and processing job applications within the Applicant Tracking System to assess candidate qualifications and eligibility.
- Investigating employee records to respond to inquiries and provide information for personnel actions.
- Gathering information from law enforcement, previous employers, and other references to evaluate candidates' employment suitability.
- Addressing inquiries from employees, managers, and the Human Resources team, escalating issues as necessary.
- Facilitating employee onboarding and conducting exit interviews.
- Assisting with data management and file upkeep, including daily data entry and employee information maintenance in the Human Resource Information System.
- Creating and processing Personnel Action Forms for designated service sites.
- Providing administrative support for onboarding and coordinating both internal and external training initiatives.
- Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources or Recruitment capacity.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Demonstrated urgency in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR certification.
