Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration, Benefits, and Compliance:
  • Provide daily HR operational support, addressing general employee inquiries, onboarding, offboarding, engagement, benefits, and more.
  • Oversee and manage office operations, ensuring a well-stocked environment and a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
  • Maintain and operate daily in our HR systems, including data entry, status updates, reporting, and audits.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of HR policies and programs, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws.
  • Keep the compliance calendar updated with all pertinent reporting events and completion statuses.
  • Collaborate with the People Team to innovate and enhance HR workflows for improved efficiency.
Employee Onboarding, Engagement, and Relations:
  • Facilitate a positive onboarding experience for new hires, managing communications and logistics.
  • Act as a resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on benefits and fostering an inclusive work environment.
  • Promote our core values by launching engagement initiatives that resonate with both in-office and remote employees.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, managing event calendars and logistics.
  • Coordinate with the Events Marketing team on company-wide gatherings, including planning and logistics.
Essential Skills for Success:
  • Project Management: Develop project plans, define deliverables, and ensure successful completion while managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps and capture learnings to enhance processes and employee experiences.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and compliance regulations.
  • Passionate and empathetic approach to handling sensitive information.
  • Resourceful and innovative in leveraging support to achieve objectives.
  • Strong initiative and ability to prioritize in a dynamic setting.
