About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Belcan. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex systems and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct component and product integration, ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple components and products.
  • Manage product and systems requirements, specifications, and flow down, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive validation and verification activities for the overall product/system, including system-level testing.
  • Define product requirements for module/component/partner teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage interface between components and execution organizations, fostering a culture of open communication.
  • Drive CTQ/risk trades within teams designing components, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Manage the overall product configuration and configuration control system, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering, with a strong background in the aerospace industry.
  • U.S. Citizenship is a requirement due to the nature of the work performed.

  • Engineering experience working within the aerospace industry.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex problems, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
